Terms and Conditions

1. Our sponsors must not participate or promote in any way other similar events within 10 days prior or after AND not participate in LOOP GIVEAWAY in the 2 days before and during the 48 hours of the Pop Up Store. This will automatically disqualify your participation and no refund will be made.

* ASSOCIATE YOUR BRAND WITH QUALITY, SKA CHOOSES BRANDS THAT ARE EXCLUSIVE AND HOLDS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PARTICIPATION IMMEDIATELY IF WE FIND THEM IN OTHER EVENTS WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME

2. Refunds - We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the store cannot be contacted in the days leading up to the event and misses out on the deadlines of sending images and details for the creation of their imagery. However, a store credit can be issued in cases of family emergency, non arrival of stock and other issue the store has no control over.

3. To be eligible for an SKA event you must be an Australian mama maker and shaker, own your business, do not sell products from Aliexpress, alibaba or similar. Must have a business in Australia and have an Instagram account. We do however allow up to 3 international businesses and non mums businesses in our event each month as long as their products are for kids and/or mums.

4. By participating in our events, you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions. In addition, when using SKA services, you agree to abide by any guidelines for these services, which may change from time to time. We hold the right to terminate any relationship and refuse entry to the Pop Up Store without refund if the member is not abiding by out terms of use which includes not upholding customer services standards inline with SKA standards and practices. At SKA we make sure customer service is paramount and when you participate in our events you are also making sure all the orders you receive are sent within reasonable time. Customer Care is one of our core values and we expect all of our members to follow this when participating in any of our events.
